i have an ART TubePac tube pre / comp which has upgraded newer JJ Tesla ECC803S long plate tubes .. !
original Sovtek tubes , manual to be included ... i think i have the original box .. ??!!? $70 shipped Con US / Paypal

JJ ECC803s / Hi-Performance 12AX7

The JJ ECC803s is a hi-performance 12AX7 that has a spiral wound filament to reduce noise and hum. The construction is different from the JJ ECC83 in that the plates are more conventional, but have a special heat dissipating fin that serves to improve efficiency and gain. The plates of the tube are also "over-sized" (longer) as compared to most standard 12AX7 tubes. This over sized plate structure improves details in the bass and low mid-range responses. If you want that great JJ tone in a hi-performance package, then these are for you.

this ads nice warmth and punch ...

or can be very clean with a condensor mic plugged in ...

but it is Not a tube distortion unit , by any means ...

the new JJ tubes cost about $35 .. fyi

i see a lot of lookers ... is the price to high ..??

these Retail for $149 , average selling price about $120 ..

plus new , much better tubes ...

at $70 bucks ... that breaks down to about 50 for the unit ,

10 for the tubes , 10 for shipping ...

if someone wouldn't want the upgraded JJ tubes .. please let me know ... but , for 10 bucks .. !!!

you could sell whatever set of tubes you wouldn't use .. !!
