Kind of a rare item here... I know because I couldn't find much about them when I bought it.
It's Ashdown's entry level head from a few years back. They still make the combos, but the head is out of production. It's a basic setup...
180 watts RMS, 300 peak, 4 ohm minimum
Dual inputs (low/high) with VU meter (this one is real, not painted on!!!)
Input and output levels
5 band EQ
Deep/Bright/EQ switch
Also includes a Subharmonic function (octaver)
Direct out as well
All solid state
Effects loop and line/tuner out
Owners manual and power cable included as well
I will tell you that this is a great sounding amp. I played it at practice a few times and recorded with it as well. Very nice tone.
Had it powering a 4x8 and a 1x15 and it had room to spare for volume (with a drummer and guitarist). The tone is great. I like a simple EQ and it has it (you can just bypass it, too!). It can do warm, it can do modern.
I'd keep it if I had a use, but I just re-arranged my rigs and this is the odd man out.
(My vintage GK 800 is going nowhere and my new MB500 is still new to me. And I didn't need 3 half stacks!)
Believe me, I'm just freeing up GAS money for the future, not offloading a turd.
It's in great shape. The case is mint (ratfur), it functions great. There is a handle on the side (not pictured, but also in good shape).
In the interest of full disclosure, I popped on the octave function and was getting a weirdness, but then it went away. It had no effect on any other function and it just may have been the way the bass was EQ'd, but I figure I should mention it. I never used it when I had it set up anyway.
Don't use octave? Then you'll never have to worry about it.
