Used, with some minor rack ear warpage from being transported on it's side. I tried to be careful to swap which end was down to make it at least stress out square to the rack. (Hey, it's Behringer, not known for their top quality metals!)
Other than that, it is missing the washer nut from the channel one 1/4" input (I always used the xlr in) but I just tested it and it works fine. I lost a bunch of my "parts library" in a recent basement flood, but if I can find one that fits I'll put it on there and edit this out.
