FS: BERGANTINO HT115 and EPIFANI T112 CABS

Sign in to disble this ad
Some recent GAS requires that I part with some cabs so my living room doesn't look like Tom Bowlus' basement.

I have 2 Berg HT115's. Chrome grill. 8 Ohms. Very good to excellent cosmetic condition and they both work great. Looking for $575 shipped CONUS each. I bought one of these from a fellow TB'er a few years ago (I believe he was second owner). It's seen very little use and not pushed hard. The other was purchased locally off CL from the original owner and is a newer cab (based on serial number). TRADE PENDING ON 1 HT115 AND I'M GOING TO KEEP THE OTHER FOR NOW

I have 1 Epifani T112. 8 ohms. I'm the second owner (bought this locally off CL about 3 years or so ago). It's seen limited use and never pushed hard. Works and looks great (a little wear on the metal tabs for the handle). $350 shipped CONUS. SOLD!

I only play/jam with friends, usually bluegrass or rock, and never that loud. Otherwise, the cabs stay at home. Plus, I don't play nearly enough, so they've seen relatively little use. In short, they're in great shape.

I'm not interested in any trades at this point. Will accept paypal or money order/cashier's check or personal check (no shipping until check clears). Only looking to sell within lower 48 for now.

Pics are posted below.

Thanks for looking, DM

Do you have the dimensions of the HT115's?

Here's what's listed on the review section here on TB:

Bergantino HT115, 1-15” & Horn Speaker Cabinet
15" cast frame woofer w/ 80oz. magnet, vented pole piece and 3" voice coil
High intelligibility tweeter with cast horn
Power handling - 400 watts rms
Custom phase - coherent crossover with tweeter level control
Frequency response: 40hz - 18khz
Sensitivity: 99db • anechoic: 2.83v/1m
Impedance: 8 ohms
Dimensions: 18"H x 22-3/4"W x 18"D
Weight: 59lbs.

I believe the HT115 is considered to be one of the smaller 15 cabs out there.

A bump for Dan! I've seen these cabs and they are in great shape. And what a price! I am curious to know what you will replace these with!

Thanks, 'meister. Hope all's well with you.

I've been spending way too much time on TB and recently picked up a NV215 to pair with my tube amp and also got a Berg HT112 and HT112ER for a change of pace/flavor. I'll try using the ER for a standalone, pair with the HT112 for more volume when I need to be portable, and the NV215 is pure spoilage for when I play at home (and, of course, need to sound as good as possible). Hope I don't miss the sweetness of the Epi cabs or versatility of the separate 115s.

All PM's responded to.

Thanks. The NV215 sounds real good (different than the 2 HT115s, which are more open and dispersed). It's totally overkill for my living room playing, but what the heck. Life is short.

Hope to get some pics up soon.

My pics are too large or something, but I can't seem to post them here. Anyone who would like a pic, please pm me your email address and I'll send it that way. Sorry for the inconvenience. DM

An HT115 has been on my GAS list for a long time. But being unemployed puts a damper on everything.

To bad you aren't looking for a preamp in trade.

Fretless guy is da man! He kindly offered to post pics since I'm a techno-spazz. Thanks again!

I should point out that I have a few extra pics for those interested. Hope you can figure out which cab is depicted in a photo. I should also say that I will vacuum the cabs pre-sale so they look even better than shown.

Thanks for the interest Jerry J, and good luck on a job search. These may not move fast, I've got 2 of 'em, and I'm not in any particular rush, so who knows.

No problem. Looks like your 110 has a different tweeter than mine. Bummer.

That is a bummer. Oh well. The pic of the 110 is the one away from the wall (with the bass stand right behind it on the left, in case that wasn't obvious).
