FS Bergantino NV215 SE TX area

Bought this cab new about 9 months ago at popular local Houston music shop. Ordered the Berg cover soon after. This is the newer Tolex covered. Dont plan to ship this cab. But I'd be up for meeting in the Houston-Austin area.

I paid right at $1230 for cab n cover. The cab and cover still look brand new. Will sell now for $700 +/- some travel cost to me/you. If someone wants to pick it up at my home, I'm located in Humble; bout 26 miles NE of Houston.

ALSO, would consider trade for a nice quality 310/410/212 etc or 2 smaller cabs.

sorry if Im a little slow to PM ya back, but I just posted this sale yesterday, so I dont feel 24 hrs or so is really that slow to reply. Also, I have this on a couple local classifieds as well. Im getting some bites here from local dudes, so I was looking at those first. So far nothing real solid. W'ere on vacation this week so Im running around alot, I'll check my PMs every couple days prolly. Pls be abit patient for next few days if Im slow.

To those who say they will be heading to Houston and could pick it up. All I can say is PM or email me a day or two before your heading this way to see if the cab is still around to sell or trade. If it is, I will reply with a phone # so we can discuss details if that is still a possiblity.

Not really looking for any accessories. Like to keep it at cash or cab/cash trade offers. And I will not ship this cab. Thanks.

I have a couple good cab offers I'm considering, though with 5 more cabs I own, really mulling cab trades now.

Cash is still king but now may consider quality 5/6 strings bass trades just to see what might pop up.

Still keeping this Houston/Austin/SA/Dallas/SE Texas as sale/trade area. Will not ship this cab. Thanks.

I got a call for a Reggae/Rasta Fara gig this Wednesday at a huge Houston downtown night club. Since I was told the house uses a huge PA, I figured, take a 212 or 410 and my F1, keep it simple.

But what a great chance to use the Berg NV215 again, right?

So I (gently) loaded the Bergie in back of my SUV and landed at the club, which did indeed have a huge FOH & stage monitor system. Hell I coulda just used one of my 210 cabs. But even before the soundguy hooked my up, I tried the NV215/F1, Peavey Cirrus 5 on stage and it sounded great. Last time I used this cab was with my 55-02, did not sound great.

I realize now that the Peavy Cirrus has always sounded the best thru this cab, tho only did that about 3 gigs. Just had been using 55-02 & JoBo 5 with F1 & Eden 410 & GB 212 cabs mostly. So if I dont move the Berg out I'll just keep it and use it whenever I use the Cirrus again, wont be soon though.

But Im still thinking about your offer Dave M. I just sorta have too many other 10"s & 12"s cabs already.

HEY, how about a micro/mini/small amp that will do 2 ohms as trade fodder to me now, I could use one of them. ANYBODY??
