A Brand New, Never Been Gigged, MINT, Pristine, Walkabout Scout. Just got it from Mesa directly, but it just ain't my thing.
Comes with the cool cover (with pocket on the side) and the Mesa Walkabout Bag to carry the head.
Easily the best combo I've ever owned.
