SOLD!
Hey guys. I'm selling my Euphonic Audio Micro300 bass amp. I've had this a year and a half and I bought it new for $600. It works great and sounds great. It's amazing how light this little guy weighs (2.3 pounds) and I can fit it in my bass gig bag. I took a few pics along with my Jaco DVD so you can see just how small this amp is. But it still packs a punch with 300watts @ 4ohms. This is a great amp for small to medium size gigs. I use an Euphonic Audio iAmp350 for my main bass amp and I love the tones of Euphonic Audio. I used to keep the Micro as a back up but don't play out as much as I used to so I'm trying to sell some gear. Lowered price! $425 includes free shipping but I will ONLY to the CONUS 48 States and Canada. Sorry guys, no international shipping...
If you have ANY questions, please don't hesitate to ask. You can email me at Lewis7789@yahoo.com. I'm PayPal verified and you can check my excellent feedback on eBay as Lewis7789. I work in the shipping department of a small shop so the amp will be packed carefully in a plastic baggie, wrapped in bubble wrap, then surrounded by packing peanuts then boxed up and shipped out the next business day payment is received via FedEx Ground, insured for full buying price and I will email you the tracking number. ONLY ships in the lower 48 States. Sorry, no International shipping or shipping to Canada. Here's some more info: EDIT: I will ship to Canada now too.

My cab was an Avatar 1x12. Not a super loud gig but not quiet by any means. The little EA was up about 1/2. I really, really like mine!
So a bump for a great and incredibly convenient head.

So a bump for a great and incredibly convenient head. | I've used mine at a few weddings when I didn't feel like dragging out the case that my EA iAmp350 is in and I ran it just under half way on volume and that's all I needed. Those truck bed gigs are fun though when everyone starts rocking and the whole truck starts to sway. Haha! Quote:
Originally Posted by gnasher1993 How much power can this put out at 8 ohms? | Well, I have an Epifani 3x10" cabinet and it's at 5.3ohms because of the 3 speakers so I'm thinking the EA was running at about 200watts. I'm pretty sure the ohms cut the watts in half evenly. So at 8ohms, the EA Micro300 will be putting out 150 watts. I still haven't played the head through a 4ohm cabinet but I'm sure it would be plenty loud for the gigs I play, jazz and indie/acoustic rock. But for a full blown rock setting, the EA Micro would probably be too little. But it's great for going to jam with friends and jam nights. I can put it in the bag on my bass gig bag and just bring my cab. But like I said, I primarily used it for a back up amp, which I very rarely even needed. It's mostly sat in my room for the last year. |

I play double bass in a jazz quartet and I'm just looking for some reinforcement really for bigger rooms. I'm looking at getting an 8 ohm Avatar 1 x 12 at 250W or a 4 ohm Avatar at 500W which I think would compliment the EA quite nicely.
EDIT: I've just realised that's the same rig 4mal uses.
By the way, I'm in the UK, but I have a US address with a freight forwarder. I'm seriously considering this amp, especially going on the glowing reviews I've heard from other double bass players.
I'll have a think about it and let you know as soon as I've decided.

I think you may be thinking of the new Micro than has a switch in the back for 220volts or 115volts, if you plan on running it in the UK... |

Gnasher, I really dig that little rig. Eventually my 1x12 setup is going to be based on a fEarful 12+6, not the Avatar but the Avatar has a nice warm bottom that compliments the Micro 300 IMO.
The bass I use is a Godin AcoustiBass from the 90's with an LR Baggs piezo undersaddle transducer. The fundamental that thing puts out is huge. My little rig handles it just fine.
