FS: Early 70's Ampeg V4

Puttin' this back on the market.

FS is an early 70's ('72 I believe) Ampeg V4. Black line, metal knobs, no master volume, reverb works great. Great cosmetic condition as well. Pairs extremely well with a 4x10, but can definitely drive a fridge home too.

Just had it completely serviced a few months ago (replaced some resistors and caps, repaired reverb). 2 original power tubes, 2 new JJ's from Tubedepot.

I paid $500 for the amp and sunk about $250 into it. I will cut some losses and ask $550.

Would like to keep it local as shipping would be difficult, but am willing to drive a couple hours to meet given some gas $ is provided.

TTT

Also looking for Roland PK-5 / PK-5A MIDI bass pedals, would knock off $300 if included in the deal

That is one heck of an amp! I have the same one and it is amazing. Unbelievably loud especially for use with guitars and guitar cabs. This is the amp that Keith and Taylor used for Exile on Main Street.
Good luck with the sale.
Fwiw. The metal knob version that you have is the better version. Ive heard that the Later plastic knob version of that amp are not as good.
