i have ALMOST the same amp. it's a wt-300 converted by eden to a wt-400. so what i say may be a little off. mine is eith 13.5 or 15 lbs (i forget - it's really light though). it's not in front of me but id say it's maybe 14" wide, just a little more deep, 2 RU tall. tube preamp, solid state power amp. it's got a defeatable compressor and sweet enhancer circuit that you can dial in as much or as little as you like
