I must say, I LOVE this amp. I'm just finding it a but too powerful for the smaller venues I play. What's the point in having tubes if you can't drive 'em, right? Not that it doesn't sound good in those instances, but if I can get an amp that weighs 6 pounds that works as well as one that weighs 60, it might be worth it to me. So I'm looking into the possiblities of some smaller amps, but only if I have a lead on selling this beast.

This is a feeler only for now, because I'm not completely sure I can part with it... but if I decide I can live without it I would part with it for $600 shipped.

Additional Info Bump

As for trades, I've had a few offers that would interest me, but I'd like to try before I buy. I only have low-end Fender, Behringer, and Ampeg available around here to try. So unless you happen to live in ND and would like to meet somewhere, trades are probably not much of an option.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Not really interested in cabs right now, as I'd have no head to power one if I sold this head.

trade bait. GK MB2-500 in a two space, RakSchack tolex covered amp case....gives it protection and makes it look more like a bass amp instead of some cyclon technology. I can provide pics....let me know if interested.
Thx,
Barry

Are you interested in anything other then a replacement amp? I have a VT Bass that I could part with (don't really need the emulator if I have the real tube deal). A few other pedals that would be avaliable if you're interested.

Well, OK then. I REALLY want this amp but fundage is a little low right now. Hopefully (for me, not you) it's still around in a couple of weeks. Good luck.

Pics

You'll notice the Peavey emblem is missing. I just unscrewed it because I was going to paint a design on the back, but never got around to it. So the emblem will be in it's rightful place if I sell the amp.

Ok. I cleaned up some of the clutter in this thread.

Current status report as far as stuff I'm interested in:

1. $600 Cash
2. Mesa Walkabout
3. TC Electronic RH450

In that order. I'm pretty much willing to part with this at this point. Feel free to run other amps by me, but those three things are what I'm after most.

Thanks for looking!

Be interested in a Traynor YBA 200-2. This is the newer version that is not self biasing.

I'll have to pass on that one. I'm looking to go mini, and that would be a kind of sideways trade.

Thanks for the offer!

I'm very interested but will not have the funds for about a week and a half

Unless you are interested in a Marco Ltd. Edition Little Mark II in trade...

I was thinking about the LM series for awhile, but I think I'm going to go in a different direction now. Thanks for the offer!
