I have a Fender Bassman 135 amp in blonde tolex along with a Fender 2X15 cab also in blonde tolex for sale. I bought this rig from a guy about 6 years ago. I think he said the amp was made in 1979. I cannot verify this as he has since passed away. The cab contains two Celestion speakers that has the Fender logo on them. They are model number BX15 3075. I checked the Celestion website and found they are 8 ohm speakers so that should mean the cab is rated at 4 ohms and 600 watts handling capacity. I had the amp checked out by a service technician and it is in great working order. The tolex covering on both pieces are fairly new and this gives the rig a very clean appearance. Both pieces have covers. The head weighs about 45 pounds so I could ship that without much problem. However, the 2X15 cab is very big and heavy (probably about 100 pounds) and shipping would be a definite problem. Therefore, I have to make this available as a "pickup only" sale. I live in Indio which is near Palm Springs Ca. If you live in So Cal I could arrange to meet you about halfway for delivery at a small cost (gas money). I am asking $1,200.00 for the rig.
