This amp is a rack unit (no rack included). Overall ... in solid working condition. A good amount of scratches .... no dings to speak of.
The Gain control is a bit scratchy (especially between 0-2). All controls work, some are a bit scratchy (most likely from just sitting there for the past couple of years), regular use and some contact cleaner should do the trick; or a quick trip to a tech will iron out anything fairly cheaply.
As far as inputs: I've never used the Effects Loop, Line Out, and Patching inputs .... so I cannot be sure of what condition they are in.

Metal mesh grill in good condition. Some wear on the cover fabric; a couple of cigarette burns; the typical broken plastic corners. Speakers and tweeter work great ... cosmetically in good overall condition.
