Price Reduced!!!

Hey Guys,

I've decided to repost this at a new price and with some new trade options.

Here we have a pretty much brand spanking new Aguilar DB751 bass amp.

Here are some specs from aguilaramp.com:

Self-Diagnostic Protection Circuit and Thermal Overload Protection Circuit (both with LED indicators)
Power Output: 975 watts @ 2 ohms, 750 watts @ 4 ohms, 400 watts @ 8 ohms
Preamp Section: Three 12AX7’s
Power Section: 12 complimentary lateral MOSFETs
Transformer: Custom Aguilar toroidal power transformer
EQ Section: passive tone stack with active midrange element, bass: +12 / -12 @ 40Hz; midrange: +12 / -12 @ 750Hz; treb: +12 / -7 @ 4kHz
Deep Switch: Adds 5 dB of broadband boost at 30 Hz
Bright Switch: Adds 5 dB of broadband boost at 5-7 kHz
Effects Loop: Send is push/pull for line or instrument level; Return is push/pull for parallel or series operation
Inputs: One 1/4" input jack with an active/passive switch
Outputs: Two Neutrik Speakon speaker outputs, Jensen XLR balanced output (with pre/post EQ and ground lift switch) and Tuner out.
Cooling: High quality whisper fans with thermal speed control
Dimensions: 17" W x 14" D x 5.25" H
Rack Size: Three Spaces, Includes detachable rack ears
Weight: 42 lbs
Warranty: Ten Year Limited
Includes: Rack Ears
Optional: FS-1 Mute Switch, Head Cases in DB Colors
I bought this head new through musiciansfriend.com about a year ago and it has resided in my smoke free home ever since.

I did upgrade the V1 tube to a NOS Telefunken tube which really tightens up the bottom end on these heads. Sorry, I do not have the original Sovtek.

Many people ask what the difference is between these and the old DB750. Soundwise, not much, just a bit more flexible EQ section, especially in the midrange. It's got quieter fans and none of the tube hiss that the DB750's have which is nice.

It's a monster head that sounds great, is built like a tank, and is super reliable.

I'm going to ask $1500 $1400 FIRM shipped and insured within the continental US via Paypal or Money Order.

It will include ALL of the original components and packaging as pictured below.

As far as trades go, I'd consider any of the following trades + or - cash (warning: I'm picky)

-G&L L-1000 (Early lawsuit headstock, hog/ebony, sunburst finish)
-Rickenbacker 4003 (older model with the extra 2 screws in the bridge, Fireglo)
-Gibson RD Artist (preferably sunburst or black)

PM me if you have any questions, thanks for looking!

(any questionable marks on the amp in the pics are just reflections or dust.

If this amp is still here come Monday then all of us have forgotten how to use the force. Seriously I'm on the verge of buying it and I already have a pair of DB 750s.

Very good price, but unfortunately still more than I can swing without doing the financially irresponsible thing. I know that that is highly irrelevant amongst our ilk, but asi es mi vida.
