Have you tried it next to a GS-series one? I have an ampeg with an 8x10, and wat to get an 8x10 for my db750 to that vintage/modern contrast. This is a hell of a deal, so I don't wanna miss the boat, but wondered how well this does the "hi-fi" scooped mids thing compared to the GS. Also: paypal?

Yes to Paypal, have not tried a GS 8x10, but I think most will tell you that pairing a db750 with a db810 should be a match made in heaven. If you want to take people to the ground with phat bass that is.
