FS/FT: Ampeg PF-500

Just got this recently, and while I dig the tone, the headroom isn't what I want it to be... or more appropriately, I WANT MORE HEADROOM! So, I will trade this for something with a good deal of power... a GK 1001RB-II, Hartke LH1000, some kind of power amp... I'm pretty certain a fEARful is in my not-too-distant future, so I'm looking for something that puts out about 500+ watts at 8 ohms. Outright sale- $350 shipped. TRADED LOCALLY!
