FS/FT Ashdown MAG 210 combo

Recently upgraded to amp/cab set up and looking to mostly trade my Ashdown combo. It has been gigged a good bit, but always taken good care of it. Everything works and has that signature Ashdown sound. There is 1 small tear in the carpet but you have to be looking for it to see it. It also comes with a 1/4" thick padded cover from Larry Lecover with the Ashdown logo silk screened on the front. I am asking $350+ shipping. As far as trades go, I am very interested in an Avalon U5 or an SWR Henry 8x8, but feel free to run anything by me...preamp, cabs, fretless jazz bass. I would highly prefer a local deal but shipping can be arranged.

here's a couple more pics. There is 2 small tears in the carpet on the back of the amp. One is below where the power cord plugs in, and the other is on the right bottom...you can just see them in the pics.
