FS/FT: Avatar Kappa Pro 2x10

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm moving an older cabinet of mine, an Avatar 2x10 loaded with Eminence Kappa Pro speakers. Plenty of normal wear on this player, but no major dents/dings/scrapes/problems -- it sounds just fine. I'll also include a vinyl slip cover. It's actually for a 410 cab, but I keep the bottom folded just a lil bit & it works just fine.

I'm not really 'trying' to ship this guy, as it's a lil heavy & I don't have a proper box... but, feel free to contact me & we could try to work something out. I would prefer to trade this for an Ampeg Classic Series SVT-115e.

I'm located in 63877 & am willing to do a fair amount of driving in any direction to negotiate a swap/delivery. If sold & not traded, I'm thinking $200.... obviously, shipping/delivery will be discussed before any deal is final. Thanks!

This had interest, but only with shipping. I can't find a box & would rather not ship due to weight/costs.

If you are close to ZIP 63877 or might be willing to meetup somewhere... Make an offer. I'm tired of looking at this cab.

I have NO clue how much it would take to ship these to you.... before I part this cab out & see about shipping prices, what are you willing to pay for the speakers?

I have no idea bro. ($125 + shipping)?
Shipping these shouldn't cost too much if you pack them face to face in a box.
Its the size that kills us!

Or how about this!
I am looking to upgrade to more powerful drivers that would together make a 4 ohm load. I currently have a new traynor TC 210 loaded with Eminence Deltas with a combined rating of 8 ohms. We could trade drivers at our own expense and you could still reload and sell your cab locally as an 8 ohm cab. everyone wins? lol

I like the idea of $125 plus shipping much better than swapping out cones... Should I find a box to package & get a shipping quote?

Sure! If it is going to cost a ridiculous amount of money to ship, then I'm going to need more time to gather funds though. (poor musician syndrome)

I'll see about boxing them up ASAP & get a quote... tell me your EXACT address, so I can get a proper quote.
