!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!D-180 SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Carbine MAY still be available............

About to take a huge leap here- my (maybe last?) heavy rock band parted ways a couple months after I purchased my Mesa Carbine over the winter, and I've since found myself more absorbed in sparse solo acoustic music and on the hunt for a nice affordable acoustic guitar amp that could handle light bass looping as well. On my search, out of curiosity I plugged one of my acoustics into a Mesa Walkabout Scout (an amp I don't think I ever would have considered owning even 6 months ago!), and was very, very pleasantly surprised....

Since my Carbine and D-180 have only been getting very ocassional side-man work in the last couple months, and neither are really ideal for my current musical explorations- I've decided I can/should sacrifice one to try to quench my Walkabout GAS.

Decisions about this kind of thing don't come easily for me- The

PMs replied- only looking for a Mesa Walkabout Scout or possibly an acoustic amp such as an SWR California Blonde for trades...

Thanks,
Karl

QUICK- someone snag the 180 before dude wises up and keeps it(again)! These things plain RIP. I'd be all over this if I didn't have one already- in fact if it were financially doable I'd probably get it as backup/the start of a grand collection. Shoot, for $600 shipped you could very likely flip it for profit.

+1 to the RIP comment- the tone from this the D-180 is addictive like no other amp I've ever owned! I wish I could afford to own several amps myself, or I wouldn't even think to offer it up...
The D-180 is currently ON HOLD for a TB'er- however, I realized that I forgot to mention a noisy fan in the above listing (will edit now!). I notified the interested TB'er of this issue, so we'll see. You make me want to pull my listing yet again!

The D-180 is now officially sold. I have mixed feelings, but hopefully the Walkabout Scout will in fact be the acoustic amp I think it will!

I'll leave the Carbine up as a feeler for a little bit- I'm having other ideas that may require yet more money.....not sure yet!

Thanks,
Karl

Not at the moment- but I am keeping track of who is interested, just in case I change my mind sometime!

Thanks,
Karl
