Looking to downsize do to back/ knee old age issues!
This amp is a workhorse. Includes GRUNDORF rack, which is lightweight in name only.........killer rack! Other sellers want $850.00 for the amp alone.....here it's the amp & rack case! SOLD! ENJOY! In trade......looking for:
Genz Benz Shuttle MAX 6 or 12 Bass Amp
(not the regular Shuttle series........they're not my cup of tea)
Mesa M6 or M9 Carbine Bass Amp Heads only
Sterling Ray 34 Bass & Cash $800.00 plus Shipping or make me an offer.
Pay Pal accepted / Paypal echeck perferred.
Local pick-up to save you money on shipping as well..........is a option. Please contact me with any questions.
PS..I'm not selling or trading this amp because I don't like it. This is simply the best bass amp I've played..........and I've played many over the last 30 years. I'm looking to downsize due to my bad knees & back. It's called old age! LOL
The 1200 has no limitations! Sky's the Limit with the tones you can achieve on this baby, plus you could run a 2 ohm load. How many bass amps can do that? Not a heck of allot.
Thanks for looking!

I love mine, too. I am also getting less inclined to lug it around to every gig as I get older. I am defintitely going to get me one of the Genz lightweight heads in the near future, but I hope very much to be able to keep my GBE1200 around for those big gigs.
A workhorse is definitely a great descriptor for this head. And so versatile. |

A workhorse is definitely a great descriptor for this head. And so versatile. | I use my 1200 with an Epifani UL410 cab, series 1..........and it sounds great. If I can make this smaller.........I would never sell it. I love this amp..........the closest thing I could compare it to sound wise is my old Mesa 400+ & 400 all tube amp. I'll take either of those two mentioned above over any Ampeg. |

Having said that, both are excellent deals.
