FS/FT Genz Benz NOS NEO Pak 3.5 & Ampeg V4

I recently (2 weeks ago) purchased a NOS Genz Benz NEO PAK 3.5 from Skips Music in Sacramento. They had it on display forever it seems. I also ordered the rack ears from Genz Benz. This is the 500 watts at 2 OHM model. It sounds great. I bought this on impulse and really dont have a use for it. Works perfectly just has a few scratchs on top, nothing major. $400 shipped with the rack ears and receipt.

Would consider a trade for an even lighter more portable bass head or something 2 rack spaces that is fairly light but does 2 ohms and has more wattage.

I am also selling locally (Northern California) an Ampeg V4. Based on what I have read this is a 1972 or 1973 model serial number 61290, black rocker switches. In very good condition and sounds great. I recently had Tubesonic in Sacramanto go through it. It has all new tubes (I have the old ones) and it was cleaned and a capacitor was replaced. The stand by light does not work. $700 local only. I am selling to finance a recently purchased Aguilar DB 751. I may consider trades for a lighter weight 2 space bass amp that does 2 ohms. Looking at the Carvin B2000 or something similar.
