FS/FT: GK MB500 - year old with +2 years of warranty

I've got an MB500 I replaced with a Shuttle 9. It's a great amp, just not quite as good sounding with the VT Deluxe as the Shuttle 9 for me. My current project requires that sound.

If it weren't for GAS, I wouldn't get rid of this amp. No real reason I couldn't go forever with this thing.

It's in perfect shape less a scratch or two on the top; the power section did blow, but it was replaced under warranty at Field Services in Phoenix. I've had no further issues with it.

It has 2 years of warranty with music123 that kick in when the manufacturer's warranty is gone, and it is transferable.

I'd like 400 cash non-negotiable. You can get these for 400 new if you work really hard at getting 20% off, but the standard discount is closer to 425 -- the ADH plan is around 50 bucks.

If not cash, then here's my trade list:
-Streamliner 600 (cash from me)
-Shuttlemax 6 (with 6mo+ of warranty remaining)
-Passive jazz-style bass, 4-string preferred
-A backup shuttle 9 (plus some cash from me)
-Lessons (seriously; if you're in Phoenix and are an experienced teacher with credentials, I'll trade toward lessons)
-Empty fEarful Subs

Not interested in:
-FX units or pedals
-Any bass other than a jazz bass or some variant - 34" scale, tiny neck, passive electronics.
-Gizmos other than basses or amps
-Cabs (got too many)
