Hello all,
Back from late 90s early 2000s is this great example of Hartke's flagship bass amp, the HA7000. I picked this up on a local trade, and the fan was really loud and in my opinion needed to be replaced. I found the right fan, installed it, and swapped in a fresh JJ 12AX7 preamp tube at the same time. It sounds good and all features function well, including the DI. I've found that there is some hiss that comes through the speaker even with the preamps all the way down (if the master is down, obviously all sound goes away), but this seems to be in keeping with Hartke products from this era because I owned a brand new HA5000 about 8 years ago that did the same thing.
The exterior has plenty of marks, as do the rack ears, but not really any bumps or dents. Just surface stuff.
These haven't popped up on TB for a long time from what I could search, but the last few months on 'The Bay' show them going for $254-$399 including shipping.
I'll start this one here at
$200 plus shipping. Trades I'm looking for are heads only, the smaller/lighter the better. Must be at least 200w, and I'm willing to add cash for the right deal. Run it past me...it won't hurt! Requsting shipping quotes is okay, too.
