Downsizing my rig for the smaller venues I'm finding myself in. Love this rig but need something a bit smaller and portable. and since I don.t have money....

Up for sale is a custom Low Down Sound Cab Don made for me last year when I was doing 4 hour cover band gigs. This cab is a monster! Very efficient but can handle a ton of power. I've driven it with 120 to 750 watt amps and everything in between and it always rocks.

Basically told Don I wanted a lighter more powerful version of the SWR Triad. Love the sound of that cab but it seemed to lack some punch to me. Well this cab nails what I wanted. This cab can handle pretty much anything.

10" Eminence Neo (waiting to hear back from Don for exact model)

Side cup handles
Tolex covering

Pop Out casters (not in pics)

rated 700 watts @ 8 ohms

Condition of cab is good. Did find a few screws were a little short so I replaced them with drywall screws. Not terribly pretty but not very noticeable. Otherwise cab is pretty much as I received it save some very minor scuffs and some minor club funk.

Would very much like to keep this relatively local and would be willing to drive a ways to meet up with some one. I will be in Indy Friday and Saturday. Interested locals are more than welcome to come check it out.

Asking $500 plus $50 shipping OBO.

Trades??? Not sure. Might be interested in combos or smaller cabs. Worst I'll say is no thanks. Can't add cash but would take cash depending on the cab.

Depending on what pops up my Mesa M6 may end up on the block (really don't want to do that though).

I really really don't need this.... so please tell me it's an 8 ohm and not a 4 ohm.
Have a Patterson lightweight 410 8ohm that sounds great, but doesn't see a lot of use - smaller gigs here too. I imagine the LDS 15-10 unit sounds great too.
By the way, if your's is a 4 ohm, you wouldn't want to work a trade would you???

Does sound great and It is 8 ohm. So no need to worry?

Man that was tempting....
Doing a lot of smaller gigs now too, and like my 1-15 and 2-10 cabs together at 4 ohm. That's where a 15 10 cab would be great - at 4 ohm.
Thanks for the quick reply, but will stay with the 410 for now.

No problem. I originally ordered this cab as a 4 ohm cab but Don didn't care for the 4 ohm 15's when it was built and sold me on the idea that this cab would be plenty efficient. Turns out he was right.

It seems that with my Mesa M6 it just doesn't matter what cab I use it's always crazy loud. maybe it's just me.
