Are there any inherent differences between this model and the newer MB CMDs? Thanks!

The only difference i believe are those two extra yellow knobs that control the line out feature i believe. All the rest is the same

The original "Combo Head" (this amp) simply is a rebranded Little Mark II.
The newer "Combo Head II" is simply a rebranded Little Mark III.
