A second try at this...
For sale or for trade:
Mesa-Boogie Powerhouse 2x10. 8 ohm, 600w. Newer model with the Player Control Network. This one has seen minimal gigging use, and as such only has a couple of nicks on the back. It spent most of its time at home or low-volume practices. Great, tight, punchy sound, and surprisingly loud and deep for what I thought 2x10s were capable of. Measures 16.5 x 24.5 x 19.75, around 70lb. Serial #0001054.

Mesa-Boogie Powerhouse 1x15. 8 ohm, 400w. Also a newer model. This one has been gigged pretty regularly, and has some tell-tale tolex damage on the back lower edge. Has a set of Mesa's removable casters installed. It's still in perfect working condition and has served me very well. This has a fantastic midrange character to it. Vintagey, but modern at the same time. Grind and grit for days, with plenty of low end, and great high end sparkle. I used this cab by itself on a lot of gigs, and it was always enough. 20 x 24.5 x 19.75. Around 75lb. Serial # 0001388.
Again, I'd like to keep the deal local unless there's a really cool trade. I'm in Worcester, MA, and will definitely meet up somewhere in the southern New England area.
I'm looking for
$375 for each cab individually, or
$700 for both together.
Things I'm looking for in trade include:
- Aguilar DB112 (1 or 2, tweeter doesn't matter)
- Aguilar GS112 (the same applies)
- EV RE-20 microphone
- Any interesting guitar gear you might have, namely offset Fenders like Jazzmasters, Jaguars, etc.
Send me a PM or email me at
