FS/FT: Peavey 8x10 Cab for 4x10 or 2x12 Cab - Atlanta Area

I have a Peavey 8x10 bass cab that I am looking to downsize to either a 4x10 or 2x12 bass cabinet. It has some road wear on it from gigging, tolex has been removed for the most part. I had planned on retolexing the entire cabinet for complete custom look but never got around to it. However the cab and the speakers are SOLID! This is great sounding cab that will hold its own against 2 full guitar stacks. I'd really like to go for an Avatar 4x10 or 2x12 but would be open to most cabs.

Here is a picture of the cab. The cabinet itself is in solid shape, no gashes or chunks missing out of the wood. Just the tolex started to come undone. Might recover it.
