FS/FT Sunn 300T ( needs work $400)

A friend of mine gave this to me as a favor but since I already need two other amps to be retubed and as you might read these things can have some issues.
I am mainly looking for old Peavey stuff
specifically
a Peavey Mark III bass head
and a Peavey 215
or an Eventide Pitchfactor

It's not turning on
the on/off switch was broken so he had it hard wired
you can see it in the second pic
He did so much touring with this that it's my theory that there wasn't a consistent tech
one thing that was happening was one of the power tubes was burning too hot I am not a tech and I don't want to put $$ and tubes into it just trying to flip it.
I have a amp tech friend that is interested but he is busy right now so he can't get to it
If there is anything else I can do let me know
