I'm selling a Gallien-Krueger MB150E-112 150-Watt MicroBass Combo Amp. I don't know the exact year, but I'm pretty sure it's from the mid '90s. The amp works very well. The only issue is that the FX loop has a dirty jack. I forget which one. The sound would crackle with nothing plugged into the loop. To remedy this I just plugged a patch cable from the SEND to the RETURN of the loop. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to replace the jacks but I'm lazy and the patch cable has worked with no problems for the past few years. Other than that the amp works great. The are some scratches in the finish. Pictures will come soon. I love the sound but I need a bigger amp.

Here are the specs:

I'm asking $400 + shipping.

Here are pictures of the front and back. You can see the patch cable that's plugged into the FX loop.

For the heck of it, I've been playing with the amp for the last few days without the patch cable and to my surprise the amp hasn't cut out once. I'm thinking maybe plugging the cable in and out a few times may have scratched the contacts clean, or maybe there was dust that finally came out. Either way, the amp seems to be working perfectly fine without the patch cable.

I own one about a year old now. Great little amp that works well with any electric I have. With a matching 1x12" cabinet it will get surprisingly loud. These are getting expensive. $400 is a good price. They're a dependable amp.

I just want to make a quick bump to say that I did two gigs over the weekend with this amp and can confirm that whatever was going on with the FX loop has gone away. It made it through both gigs without cutting out once.

Free bump

Too bad you are so far away. I have a Fender Bassman 250/210 that is too big for what I need.

I have used a friend's GK Microbass amp and it is a good amp.

Good luck with the sale.
