Howdy all,

I have a nice GK 1001RB-I (not II) in good condition, no issues, bought from a fellow TBer a few months ago, but I just got a line on a Sound City Bass 150 that I do want!
I'd like to get $400 shipped. I'll get some pics up later this evening once I am home.

Is the main difference between the I and II wattage?

As far as I'm aware. I've played a II and there was almost no difference to my ears. I'm sure the extra wattage would help if you were pushing multiple cabs at very loud volumes... But this amp is extremely loud! I'm selling it and keeping my 800RB because the 300w is more than enough for me.

No one would mistake this amp for being quiet in anyway.

I use the I series and the advantage over the II series is more wattage at 8 ohms. The II series get more wattage at 4 ohms. It is the Classic G-K sound.
