I had one of these cabs. The overdriven sound was a bit "bitey," but not nearly as bad as the older aluminum cone cabs.

I am convinced this 410 sounds just as good as the AE212 and AE410 if you use the Hartke LH1000 head w it. I believe that combo makes this cab truly one to be considered when buying a new rig. It is very hifi but you can make this sound smooth jazz if that is your preference. I did have time to A/B both rigs for the Bergs I used the MarkBass SD1200 great setup but IMHO not justified at 3x's the cost.

never had much luck with trades at GC. They typically give you half of market value. Good luck.

These cabs go for $699 new. If you are getting them under that price then that is very cool ! Granted there may still be some new ones out there at the old price but not very many. Sam Ash Cherry Hill NJ already has theirs marked up from $599 to the new price. I was in there on consecutive days and the price jumped from one day to the next.
