FS / FT: Hartke HyDrive HX810

This Hartke HyDrive HX810 (8x10) speaker cab is in very good condition (9 out of 10). The speaker cab is VERY loud with eight neodymium hybrid speaker drivers that can handle 2000w. It is a little over a year old, and has seen very little use, having never been gigged with. The Tolex is in excellent condition, there are only two very small abrasions (2-3 mm each) on the tolex at the rear corner of the cab... barely visible, and not noticeable in the least.. The speakers are as good as they were from the factory. . . no flaws.

My only reason for selling is that it's not being used, as I use a much smaller rig when I play out.

I'm asking $800 (it goes for $1200 new), but will accept fair offers. I am also interested in trade offers for a smaller (but comparable value) 2x15, 4x10, or 2x12 bass cabinet.

Thanks for looking.

Specs are as follows:

- Quad-chamber, sealed cabinet
- 8 x 10-inch 250 watt HyDrive neodymium hybrid cone drivers
- 1-inch titanium compression driver
- Power Handling: 2,000 watts
- Impedance: 4 ohms
- Frequency Response: 25 Hz to 17 kHz
- Sensitivity: 99 dB @ 1 W/1 m
- Voice Coil: 2.5"
- Speakon™ and 1/4" inputs
- High frequency attenuation switch (On, -6 dB, Off)
- Large handle and casters for easy transport
- Dimensions: 47.25"(H) x 26"(W) x 15.75"(D)
- Weight: 118 lbs

Great cab

I have had mine for a couple of months now and its a killer cab. Pretty lightweight for an 8x10 and cuts like a mutha. I love the tone i get with this and I play in a regular cover band and an AC/DC tribute band. Not a big fan of the tolex though. It tears real easy. Worth every penny in my humble opinion.

Yes, it's a great cab, I have to agree. Just about the loudest I've ever played on. And as you mentioned, absolutely great definition... perfect for funk, rock, or metal, etc. It's is just more than I need right now. Thanks for your comment.
