LDS 4x8 cabinet with 2 space rack space in the top. In great shape and works perfectly. 600w handling with 100w tweeter, 8 ohm cabinet. Casters also included.

Dims are 27"H 21"W 16"deep. Nice cab, but I'm making major equip changes these days and divesting myself of some gear.

For more info go to: http://www.lowdownsound.com/customcabinets.htm

Looking to get $250 + shipping. Feel free to email with any questions:

Looks good. I just put down a deposit on an LDS custom, otherwise I might be interested in this. About how much does the cab weigh?

Good question. My guess (and it's just that) would be something in the 50lb range. Substantial, but not so heavy as to be a pain.

There's been a few who have asked about shipping.

I'm waiting on a box that I will be using, so I will have more solid info at that time (Should be here thursday 19th), but my guess based on previous experience is that it will be in the $60-$75 range or so. It can't imagine it would be much more than $75; the cab is not that big or heavy.

I'm not gonna charge more than it actually costs to ship and I'll look around to find the best deal...I know how much it sucks to get a good deal on a cab only to have that ruined by ridiculous shipping costs.

Also, anyone is free to make an offer for a total price with shipping and if I accept, then the price is locked in regardless.

OK...I'm just gonna say $75 shipping within the 48 states. It might be slightly more, but I'll just eat the diff and $75 is a nice even number.

I'm ready to buy this cab now but does anyone know about LDS and how they sound?

and how low this thing can go (low B's) ? I'm used to 15's but need something more easier to get around.

I had the 5x8 version of this cab.
It was clean, articulate, fast, and took a low B well. It had more low end than I thought 8's had any right too. The one I had was rated for 800 watts at 8 ohms, and while it wasn't "power hungry," it wasn't the most efficient cab out there either. It wanted a little juice to open up...

A cab tuned for 8's is a beautiful thing, and Don at LDS knows what he's doing with these.
