FS: Musicman HD 150

New caps and tubes within the last year or so. Very little use since then. Amp is in great condition. There is a bit of oxidation on the corners and handle hardware.
Great way to get the tube sound in lightweight package.

Free bump. This used to be mine, and a TBer before that. It's all the OP says it is and sounds great. Nothin' else packs the punch of power tubes. Missed it so much I picked up another. BZ is a real nice guy too. GLWTS, DM

Thanks!
Practice last night made me have some second thoughts but, it seems that I'm just an Ampeg guy. I've tried everything and just can't get past it.
The low power mode on this thing is awesome! Similar volume to high power but with that nice tubey sag. High power is clean and punchy.

I might also be willing to throw in an extra set of tubes for the right offer.

Jeeze, I'd keep the MM ... Love my RD100... I tend to run in the low power setting as well into a pair of 15's. yummily old school vibe, gets nice 'n dubby with the deep switch.

I have always been interested in this amp, too bad you're far away from me. I wish I could find one close by to try out..

The HD150 was my main gigging amp for about 19 years. Most of the time it sat on top of the large (think deep) Peavey 2x15 cab with BW's. (Not the 11" cab...they made a deeper one...15" maybe???) Other times it sat on a 1x15 LabSeries. I never had any problem other than changing the 6L6's a couple of times. Extremely dependable. I wish I had it back, but I am amp-heavy currently. Shuttle6.0, G-B GBE600, and a Peavey Max700. I don't need another head at this time. Otherwise....

Good luck with the sale.
