I am going to move on to other things so I will not be finishing these. Built from Speakerhardware flatpacks. I will include Penn spring side handles and large speaker jack plate - panels have been routed/countersunk for these. I will also include black metal corners if you want them. All screws as well. That's about $50 in hardware per cab.
The only thing left to do is permenantly attach the top panel - it is open so you can paint the ports. Build is very clean. Finish filling in outside brad holes, sand, paint/tolex, and you're done.
Per some of the recommendations for additional (but not necessary bracing), I also added some 1/4" panel bracing around the jack plate.
Added 1/4" panels over the handle cutouts and extended the side brace down below the lower girdle.
Added a cleat on the bottom of the baffle. $150 each (Paypal), local only pickup only, I'm not driving. I am near Newark DE.
