This really hurts, but a tight financial situation has forced me to put my AudioKinesis ThunderChild 12 on the market. I ordered this new from Duke last year, and it's been everything I hoped it would be. It's strong, clear, even across the spectrum, even to your ear at almost any angle, and surprisingly loud for its size. It's been at my practice space for a while, but never gigged and moved infrequently. If you're reading this, you probably already know that it's very lightweight (~34lbs) and 4 ohms, which is great for getting all the power your amp has to offer (and believe me, this cab can take all that power and put it right back out!).
The current price on these is $800 plus shipping, and with the current state of the neodynium industry, the cost is going to keep going up for a while. I'd like to get
$700 shipped CONUS. Price includes an excellent padded Tuki cover and the port plugs that Duke packaged with the cab. I'd rather deal locally (I hate shipping cabs), and will give a discount to someone who can meet me and pay cash. I will not ship OCONUS, and I'm not interested in any trades.
