I'm putting my Eden WT500 up for sale

This was purchased new by me in 1996 at Venemans's Music in Rockville, MD when P.J. Rubal was a department manager there (useless trivia).

I recently replaced the tube with a new Mullard 12AX7 and gave the input/output jacks a cleaning with deoxit. I also replaced the power switch which had malfunctioned.

The amp exhibits some hiss through the mains when in use, but I've never noticed any hiss through the DI, either through a PA or recording.

I'm asking $350 shipped, $325 local sale for the amp, rack ears, and a 3 foot Hosa Banana to Speakon amp cable.

Any thoughts on why its hissing through the mains? I would use it mostly di into a power amp but would also like to use with one cab on smaller gigs. Although an 8ohm cab with what I think would only be around 75w probably wouldn't cut it.

I'm not sure, It's always had it and replacing the tube in the pre didn't affect it. I've heard that rotating the transformer inside can lessen the hiss, but I've not tried that.

It puts out 125 per side at 8ohm, 250 per side at 4ohm or 500 bridged into 8ohm. I ran it bridged into an Avatar TB153
