Price drop.

This is one of the earlier boxes but with the latest drivers and horn. Sent this in to John Dong at EA due to a problem with the connection for the horn when I was putting in the new kit. John got it back up to par and gave it the clean bill of health. Cab is in really great shape. Sounds great, but I'm beginning to think it's just not my cup-o-tea anymore. Asking $550 shipped or $500 local p/u. USA shipping only and no trades. Paypal accepted.
Comes with the padded cover and will ship in original EA box.

Yes it is. The cab is 8 ohms.

just curious as to the weight of the cab, i am assuming in the low 40's

Hey Johnny. Yeah, cab is right around 40ish lbs. It feels like nothing to lift. If need be, I can carry it in one hand fairly easy.

Yeah that makes it even more tempting, I had one of the early VL210's and have regretted letting it go ever since i did. but there again that was also a way heavier box and could take gobs of power. I have a GK MB800 coming and this would probably be a really good stand alone rig for me. and I could always add a whizzt 12 to it if i need it. this is also probably a lot mellower and focused than my schroeder PL210.

I haven't heard the Schroeder, but I feel the EA cabs are pretty transparent and what you put in is what you get out. I have used this cab a few times in church since getting it "upgraded", and I feel it is just too clean sounding and uncolored for me now. Not that that's a bad thing, just not my direction anymore.
