Sounds awesome in that old tube way. Only played it three times since I traded for it. Due to space and time it needs to go to a new home.

$245 shipped to the lower 48
. Paypal is cool.

If I didn't need a combo amp right now the money would be on its way...

I picked up an Ampeg Made in the US combo from a pawn shop that didn't know what they had...that's why this one can go to a good home.

What a great deal for an all tubed head. What do these beasts have in them something
like 6 power tubes and 4 pre's? 160 watts.

Yeap your right. 6x 6l6s, 3x 12ax7, and a 12at7. 160 watts into 4 or 2 ohms. 34 lbs. Really good price, too bad I've bought too much bass stuff this month already.

Bert those are the stats. Thanks. It's 160 watts...sounds a lot bigger than that.

Bump for a cool amp! I had one of those back in 1995 and they sound big! Kinda heavy but that's tubes, ay?

I have one of these and they're NOT that heavy considering that it's a tube amp. It's lighter than my SVT-400T if that means anything.

These amps are great - the speaker jacks in the rear do 4 or 2 ohms, and if you plug two cables in, one in each jack, the amp automatically sets both to the 2 ohm tap on the transformer. Basically you can plug in two 4 ohm cabs with its own cable if your cabs (like mine) don't daisy-chain.

Be careful on the Pre and Post controls! Think of this amp as Peavey's D-180 and you'll be fine.

Bumpage!
