This Peavey BAM head was just sent out and serviced by Peavey less than a year ago right before my warrantee was up. Everything is in tip top mechanical shape. As for the rack case it comes in, there are a couple of cigarette burns on the top, but this head has not been used in a bar or anywhere smokey for the past 2 years. It does not smell of smoke at all. This amp has tons of great onboard features, such as a tuner that handles a low B nicely, and several effects. It won a Bass Player editors award.
