FS: Peavey Combo 300 1x15 ***SOLD****

FS 1989 Peavey Combo 300 with 15 inch speaker. Has been gigged, has scuffs and nicks in the tolex. One of the casters sticks a bit.

It is 210 watts/4ohms. If you add a 4ohm extension cab, it goes up to 300 watts. Imputs for active and passive basses.

Works good, sounds good, gets loud. It is built like a tank, and quite heavy, There is a little scratchiness in one of the volume pots.

$150. Will not ship. Local pickup only. I am in Amherst, Ohio. Willing to meet witin a reasonable distance.

I'll get pics posted later today.

Wish you lived closer! The Combo 300 is one bad little amp with a great EQ and I agree it's too heavy to ship.

This is THE amp that is the general TB answer to any newbie's thread asking about "what's the best value in a used amp?"

I love my gear, but there is not a gig that I've played where I couldn't have used my old TNT 130 (similar, but slightly less power and no 2 ohm rating). These old Peaveys sound great and are conservatively rated.
