two discrete channels, one tube and one solid state. You can use them seperately, or combined. The SS section has a 7 band graphic EQ, and the Tube section has a three band. It has a built in crossover, and a DI out.

Has a new EH 12ax7 tube in it - very versatile.

I didn't do it and it didn't come from anybody on TB as far as I know (bought on ebay) so it probably does not have the mod.

I have seen no lack of headroom using it with a QSC rmx850 and a 410

I didn't seem like to difficult of a mod (installing one cap) so if someone really wants it done I can probably get my amp tech to do it for for not too much...but any cost would be passed along to the buyer
