FS: Phil Jones Suitcase

Sign in to disble this ad
For sale: a slightly used Phil Jones Suitcase combo.

Great sound - excellent condition

from the Phil Jones site:

With four 5” drivers, 2 channels, 5 band EQ and 200 watts at 8 ohms, the Suitcase is perfect for most gigs. However, some gigs just require more. Simply add the 4B and you’ve transformed the Suitcase into the Bitchcase with eight 5” drivers and 300 watts at 4 ohms. The same low end high fidelity but in a portable stack that moves, grooves and proves…that Phil Jones defines Pure Sound for bass.

Model: Suitcase
Type: Practice/Sudio/Live app combo,200W output,2CH,2x 5 band EQ,limiter,Active/passive input,headphone out,DI out,pre-amp out,ext.speaker out

Absolutely - has handled my Bongo 5HSp and Bongo 6 HH with no problem.

I use the Bose L1 system and Phil Jones stuff. My largest speaker in my setup is 6" (Bose B1 sub). The Piranha drivers in the PJ stuff are amazing. Clear with no distortion.

I practice through a PJ Flight Case and when playing a venue with FOH system - I play through 2 PJ 4b cabs powered by a Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0
