this old amp was one of the first esoteric amplifiers for bass guitars. i originally purchased this "used" in '93. it puts out 200w per channel in stereo or bi-amp mode. it also will do 400w in the bridged/ mono mode. it features a limiter, aural enhancer, and variable 4-band parametric EQ. the pre-amp section is tube and the output power-amp is solid state. everything is functional with one caveat,.. upon switching power off, a high pitch squeal is emitted via speaker. i usually turn down the master volume before powering down. it may need a new tube but it sounds fine.
