FS: SWR WorkingPro 12 — MINT

Sign in to disble this ad
Purchased brand new back in January 2009.
3 years left on the 5 year transferable warranty. Included in this deal is an endorsed copy of my original bill of sale, which allows me to transfer SWR's warranty to the new owner.

Condition:
Excellent. No cosmetic or operational issues whatsoever. I've taken it out on one garage practice session, otherwise it has spent its entire life in my bedroom studio with no smoke or pets. Never abused in any way. Amp will ship in original SWR shipping box w/all foam cushions, etc. just as it came to me.

Specs from SWR Website:
The WorkingPro 12 is a compact amp that's full of killer SWR tone. 200 watts of power are pumped through a 12" woofer and piezo tweeter for rich, full-range sound. The Bass Intensifier provides an instant low-end boost. The 3-band active EQ and Aural Enhancer make shaping your tone simple. A Wedge EQ feature compensates for lost tone when using the amp in tilt-back mode. A side-mounted monitor input lets it double as a powered monitor as well.

SWR WorkingPro 12 200 Watt 1x12" Bass Combo Amp Features:
• 200W of power provide surprising volume and headroom for an amp this size
• 12" woofer and piezo tweeter for rich full-range sound
• Tilt-back cabinet for multiple placement options
• Wedge EQ compensates for tonal changes in tilt-back operation
• Side-mounted monitor input
• 3-band active EQ
• Aural enhancer
• Bass Intensifier boosts low end with ease
• Balanced line out
• Effects loop
• Mute button

Sells new online for $550.
$350 shipped CONUS, insured w/delivery confirmation.
No trades. PayPal only.

Personally, I've really enjoyed this amp—they've got a great sound, and plenty of controls for tone shaping. I'm selling because I wanted to try a tube amp (Mesa Walkabout).

I want to emphasize:

This amp is M-I-N-T, as in, not a single scratch, dent, or anything else wrong. You'd pay more for a music store DEMO unit, and it wouldn't be this nice.

3 years remaining of SWR's 5 year transferable warranty, so you're covered should any issues arise.

And, it ships in the original SWR box, with all of the form-fitted shipping foam, which means you don't get a half-assed packing job, and the amp arrives in great shape.
