This is another one of those "I don't want to sell it but I have to" threads. I gotta baby on the way and I need as much cash as possible. I love this amp and it's super powerful. I've gigged it without PA support and it was plenty loud, including an outdoor gig. I've never had to turn it up past 4. It's definitely under rated at 500 watts. There is a setting where you would need more amp than this one.
It's in excellent condition and it has a lot of features. It has a really nice DI that I've used for recording and put it into the PA when I felt like it. It also has a tube drive knob that uses a 12ax7 to add as much grit as you want. Another one of my favourite features is the two-band compressor which really tightened things up when using drop-D tuning with my old metal band.
I really can't say enough about this amp and I wouldn't be selling it if I didn't need the money. I have it in a Mesa Boogie head case, which it fits perfectly in. I can sell it with or without the case. Just let me know what you want. It also comes with rack ears if you want to rack it and don't want the case. There is no bulb in the black light, but the previous owner said it worked just fine.
Price:$499 plus shipping without the head case and $599 plus shipping with it. I'm willing to sell the case alone for $99 plus shipping. I take paypal and money orders.
