FS: Traynor YBA 300 ALL TUBE - MINT

Sign in to disble this ad
Guys, what can I say? I thought I could handle the beast....I couldn't. This thing is a big, bad V8 big block and has absolutely earth shattering TONE. If you have the cabs to handle this thing will reach to the back row of any venue.

If you know anything about this amp you knows it's 300 watts and light for an all tube amp. Here is the original deal thread where Turlu does a great job with the ad:

TRAYNOR YBA 300 - All tube Head - 300 watts - brand new condition !

I'm going to pass the good deal on and take a little hit on the amp. I'll take $1000 shipped to the ConUS or $900 pickup price! No trades. Paypal preferred.

The amp is in flawless condition and will be packed well for the journey in the original box and packing material. If you want a big tuber with power to spare....here she is.

Wow...if for some odd reason this survives a couple weeks I might be all over this, even if it means selling my beloved Mesa.

There is not much I don't like about this amp. The fact is that it is just too much for me right now. I'm playing small to medium rooms and this amp is built for stadiums! Now, with that said, it sounds excellent at low volumes. But, for me and those low volume situations, I just mostly grab one of my micro's.

If someone is looking for a modern, honest to goodness, 300W all tube amp with some cool features...this is it.

Thanks for the bumps fella's. She does sound real sweet. This amp has headroom for days! It'll just purr right along at most playing volumes.

aarg, I wanted it to be sold so I don't have to dream up hopeless schemes to ship it and change the power supply over to 240V.

I think it's partly the time of year, and partly the uncertainty in the economy/employment. I'd drive to your house today, if I had the money to spend on a new amp, as I really like specs on this (and I owned a YBA-3 and a YBA200).

Free bump for an amp that I wish was local to me!

I played through this baby's daddy at a jam the other night. A YBA-3. I normally play through my own SVT 2 Pro (also 300W of tubey goodness), so that's my frame of reference. That Traynor the other night and my SB-2 sounded GOOD!!!!
