Greetings!
I've decided that it's time to sell my Avatar SB112s. They sound great but I'm not getting very much use out of them these days.
They're both equipped with the slightly heavier Delta LF drivers and wired at 8 ohms. They're matching cabs with Avatar's fantastic burgundy covering and a beautiful gray Fender grill cloth.
Here are a couple of pictures for your viewing pleasure. They're not the greatest shots but it should give you a general idea. These are currently at my parents' house in Decorah so I won't be able to get better pictures until the weekend, unfortunately, so bear with me. Disregard the two heads on the cabs. I sold/traded those a few months ago so they're not available.
I'd like to get $180 per cab, or $340 for the set. I don't have any boxes for them so I'd prefer to avoid shipping.
My schedule is normally pretty flexible so we may be able to work out a meeting location. This is my last week of class and I have finals early next week. I should be done by Wednesday so anytime after that would likely work without issue. If you are close enough, I can probably work out a deal before that date.
I'm usually in either Cedar Falls, IA (50613) or Decorah, IA (52101), though I don't mind driving, within reason.
If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. I'll try my best to answer them!
Thank you for looking!

The Avatar site lists them as being about 46 pounds each, but they're quite manageable because of the size of the box. Quote:

I was only able to run one cab because of the 8 ohm operation. If I were to have kept the head, I would have probably started looking at an 8 ohm 410 instead, though. The Univox didn't sound as nice as my SVT-VR (not that I expected it to) or my old Carvin BX500 but it was still nice. Quote:

Thanks!

Thanks! | I currently have one if these, except carpet. I forget how much shipping was, but that'd be my expense, an this is the only place to buy used Avatars for me, here in Canada.

There are still a few people in line so we'll see how this pans out. Quote:

GL | Thanks, that's a great tip! I think that I have some boxes that will do the trick but the UHaul site has an awesome variety of shipping boxes. I'll keep that in mind for the next time I'm shipping something large.
