In my never ending quest for the next bass, stuff has to be sold if it isn't getting used. Sometimes I regret it, and this could be some future regret... GALLIEN KRUEGER 800RB, old, used, amazing.
This is a legendary amp. I understand why, because it sounds phenomenal, is built like a tank, and just WORKS! Got this used from a friend and it's been a practice spot amp for a large number of bands. I don't use it much anymore because I have an MB500 rig that gets more use.
This is currently a backup to that and sees a gig here and there, but isn't being loved as it should. And like I said... GAS is a cruel mistress. So off it goes!
I honestly really love it. It's seen a lot of action in these 24 years, the case shows wear and usage, but in my time with her, she's been pampered.
I will say, I'm not sure if the biamp feature works, because I've never used it with more than one cab. I seem to remember when I got it fixed after I bought it, the guy told me it may not... but not sure.
When I use it, I plug the cab into the 300w side and it sounds and works phenomenally. There's a bit of scratchiness in the pots at first because I never change the settings, but goes away. Or it could be cleaned out by a tech.
The back label says "4-89", so I imagine that means it was made in April, 1989. If I'm wrong, please let me know. $275 + shipping

If I just hadn't persuaded my friend to sell me his(took some convincing I must say), I'd be all over this! Bump for my favorite amp!
