Selling my very early Sansamp preamp. This is the predecessor to the PSA-1 and PSA 1.1 series, and I bought it brand new in 1989. It is an extremely rare model as I have never seen another one like it (they didn't offer the 'presets' model until about year later). Other than the presets, it has all of the same features as the later units. Some people say that this was the best version since the pots do not have the 'clicks' or 'steps' like the subsequent models, making it really easy to dial in your sound on the fly. These preamps can be used in live rig, or in the studio for guitar or bass, and duplicate tones from everything to a Vox AC30, to a Marshall Plexi, to a clean Fender, to an Ampeg SVT. It works perfectly with no issues whatsoever, sounds great, and was only used in out smoke-free 24 track analog recording studio. Asking $225 + $15 shipping in the ContUSA.
