FS: Yamaha PB-1 + Carvin DCM1540L (SKB rolling rack content)

This is kind of an early feeler. I've got a Carvin DCM1540L and Yamaha PB-1 in great shape, Carvin's six months old or so.

The PB-1 is self-explanatory almost; 3-band Fender eq, single full parametric, 12db/octave adjustable crossover (point and level), awesome headphone out, very hot signal level (hot enough to overdrive any power amp).

The Carvin's a 1500w @ 8 ohm monster, with 400ish watts per channel into 8 ohms, >700 into 4 ohms. Been a workhorse for me, never had any issues.

550 bucks with the SKB 4 space rolling rack + shipping. Not interested in any trades atm.

The PB-1 is sold.

Rest of the rack is 300 for the DCM-1540L and 75 for the rack, + shipping. Will do 350 + shipping combined. Pickup much preferred.

The 1540L is about 5 months old.

That poweramp is tempting. Very powerful for the weight.

Here's a bump for a great guy.

That's an excellent price for an excellent amp. I'm running the next one up (DCM2000L) and it's a winner. PA goes through one channel, bass through the other.

That's a cool setup Fluf - definitely doable with the 1540L as well as it has a lot of juice per channel. I've experimented and one channel is enough to get quite a lot of sound (usable gig volume for sure) out of my 15/6, so it'd be easy to run monitors and bass off of it in a pinch I'm sure.

The rack is an older SKB, with just a little panel on the back, twist locking clamps on the full front. It actually rolls pretty well but what I like the most is that it is ridiculously light. I have an Anvil 4-space as well and the weight difference is impressive.

Carvin actually raised the price on these back up to 450 new, so it's quite a bargain. One of these and a bargain preamp like the BBE 383 (60 bucks on Musicgoround) and you'd have quite a rig.

I'm open to any and all trade offers as well, and have up to 200 bucks cash in the pocket I could add on top for the right mini amp

I run the DCM from a rack mount bass pod, which aren't too painful if you hit up ebay at the right time. Very flexible, very loud too.

(and it weighs next to nothing)
